What is a Spike?
Recruiting new members to our local association is an activity recognized and rewarded through the NAHB Spike Club program. Those who participate are called Spikes and they are among the most valued members of the association.
Members earn one new member credit for each new member sponsored, one retention credit for first year renewals and one-half a credit thereafter for each year a recruit renews his or her membership.
